University of Leeds: steps leading to the Senior Common Room building

NOTES: Chamberlin, Powell & Bon were responsible for planning the major expansion of Leeds University's campus in addition to designing many individual buildings on the site between 1963 and 1975.

NOTES: This co-educational grammar school for 720 pupils replaced an old schoolhouse forming part of Saltaire, the utopian industrial town of Titus Salt, a manufacturer, politician and philanthropist in Bradford.
