NOTES: Cecil Elsom was responsible for a development of new offices for the Cartwright Estate located at 2-4 and 13-17 Fitzroy Street, and 80-84 Tottenham Court Road. They replaced Georgian houses and were constructed in reinforced concrete with brick infill end walls.
