NOTES: This small three-storey terrace of 16 flats and maisonettes was designed by Skinner, Bailey & Lubetkin to fit a narrow site that had been bombed during World War II. Commissioned by the Metropolitan Borough of Bethnal Green, it was built alongside the much larger Dorset Estate scheme (1951-1957) which had also been assigned to the firm.
