Woodhall Park, Watton-at-Stone, Hertfordshire: perspective from the park

NOTES: This lithograph was prepared for John Edward Cussans, History of Hertfordshire, vol. 2 (1874-1878). The Tudor house on the estate was destroyed by fire in 1772 and Leverton was engaged to rebuild the house on a new site. In the 1790s the wings were extended and new stables were built on the site of the old house.
