Notes NOTES: The building was said to have been built in six weeks in order to open for the summer season. Once a lively space on the seafront housing a concert hall, assembly rooms and refreshment areas, over the years it became neglected with its open arcade infilled and balconies and decorative features removed. The building has now been restored and re-opened as a pub.
