In a little over a decade, David Walker Architects have risen to an award-winning and internationally respected status, undertaking a remarkable number of significant projects across London, including the headquarters for Deutsche Bank in the City of London, and for Merrill Lynch Bank of America. As a modest sized practice their notable achievements have covered a wide range of projects including offices, hotels, residential, cultural and academic buildings, and as such they sit amongst Eric Parry, Stanton Williams and David Chipperfield as peers.
London Buildings focuses on the firm's particular expertise in large complex urban schemes, making explicit their seemingly simple approach to each project, focusing on its concern for context, use, and detail.
