JCLI 2017 Landscape Maintenance Works Contract

A Standard Form of Agreement and Conditions of Contract for Landscape Maintenance Works (JCLI LMWC) which is appropriate for all types of ‘commercial’ landscape maintenance project of any value. It includes considerable flexibility and is appropriate as a back-to-back contract with a landscape construction contract. The 2017 edition replaces all previous editions and revisions of this contract.

The payment provisions in the 2017 edition are essentially the same as in the 2012 edition and guidance on the changes is provided in the JCLI Practice Note No 9 Revision 2 (April 2017) and the Model Certificates and Other Forms document for the contract (April 2017)
