JCT Trade Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder 2016

JCT’s Trade Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder complements the Construction Management documents and is only to be used with a Trade Contract.
This Warranty is to be given by the Trade Contractor to a Funder, who has entered into an agreement with the Employer to provide finance for the project.
