JCT Constructing Excellence Contract - Project Team Agreement 2016 (CE/P)

For use in conjunction with the JCT - Constructing Excellence Contract.
The Project Team Agreement is used to formalise the integration of the project team, and includes options that provide for risk and reward sharing arrangements between team members.
