JCT: Management Works Contract Collateral Warranty for Employer 2016

JCT’s Management Works Contractor/Employer Agreement is for use where an employer wishes to have a direct contractual relationship with a works contractor who is carrying out works for a management contractor under a Management Building Contract. It is for use where the employer has entered into a Management Building Contract with a management contractor. It can be used whether or not the works contractor is to be responsible for any design.
