JCT: Sub-Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser Tenant 2016 (SCWa/P&T)

JCT’s Sub-Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant is designed for use where a warranty is to be given by the sub-contractor to a purchaser(s) or tenant(s) of the whole or part of the building(s) that comprise the works.

It can be used with a sub-contract let under the following JCT main contracts:

Standard Building Contract (SBC/Q, SBC/XQ, SBC/AQ)
Intermediate Building Contract (IC) and Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD)
Design and Build Contract (DB)
Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC)
