RIBA Contracts 2018

We have launched brand new professional services contracts for interior design, conservation and client adviser services, in addition to updating the current five. They are all now available, as well as the existing two building contracts, through RIBA Contracts Digital, our online platform where you can easily and effectively manage your contracts online. Paper copies of the new contracts will be available by the end of October.

RIBA Chartered Members and RIBA Chartered Practices receive a 50% discount on all digital RIBA Contracts purchased. Further details, including prices, on each of the existing RIBA Professional Services Contracts and RIBA Building Contracts can be found below.  

* It is legally advisable that both parties to the contract each have an original signed version. Therefore, you should purchase two copies of the paper contract, so that both the client and the architect/consultant have an original signed copy.

** Digital RIBA Contracts allows the user to print multiple copies of the contract for a single price. Therefore, you only need to purchase one digital contract but can print two copies, so that both the client and the architect/consultant have an original signed copy.
