CDM should be utilised as a collaborative tool, developing the design and construction process to enhance health and safety in the built environment, ensuring that we consider design implications through reductive steps.

Post-Grenfell, the Independent Review of Building Regulations and fire safety made clear that the regulatory framework and fire safety processes are unfit for purpose. The construction industry must change its culture and this seminar will question existing complacencies, offering a common-sense protocol to achieve this objective.
