Architecture Leeds Exhibition and Pop Up Studio

This Spring, Leeds Society of Architects (LSA) and RIBA Yorkshire and will be taking over Leeds City Centre, occupying two of the retail units inside the 2017 RIBA National Award-winning Victoria Leeds Arcade. One of the units will host an exhibition curated by LSA practices entitled ‘Architecture Leeds’ and the other will be transformed into a ‘Pop-Up’ studio to provide workshop space for ‘Architect in the Arcade’, a programme which will give members of the public chance to meet with a RIBA Chartered Architect for a free 30-minute design consultation.

On Wednesday 11 April 11 – 3 pm during the Easter holidays, RIBA Yorkshire will also be holding Fantastical Cities Lego™ workshops for Architects of the future. Letting their imaginations run wild, children will be encouraged to build fantasy cities with the help of architecture students from Leeds Beckett University and members of LSA.

‘Architecture Leeds’

Architecture Leeds is a one-off exhibition curated by the Leeds Society of Architects. It aims to celebrate the work over 30 Leeds’ based architecture practices and celebrate the wealth of design talent in the city.
