The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has announced a review of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). We are hosting three roundtables for RIBA Members to gather views to inform our response.
This consultation is part of a suite of activities that DLUHC are undertaking to inform measures which are outlined in the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill.
The roundtables will focus on the following areas of discussion:
- increasing housing supply
- affordable housing
- levelling up
- placemaking and densification
- national development management policies
- environmental measures
