The fourth annual edition of the RIBA Charity Bike Ride will take place on Friday 20 September this year, with participants able to choose between a 65 mile or 100 mile route around the Forest of Bowland.

Organised by the North Lancashire Society of Architects in conjunction with the RIBA North West regional team, the event has grown year-on-year with many returning to take in the stunning scenery and immaculate roads and continue to raise money and awareness for the RIBA Student Support Fund.

The two (provisional) routes can be viewed here:

The route will finish at Preston Markets.

You can begin fundraising via the JustGiving link.

Please note: The route will not be marked and there will not be a support van. As such, we will be issuing participants with a copy of the route for their GPS device. Participants must have the following: road bike, helmet, suitable clothing, as well as the usual spares such as tubes, pump, etc.
