​This seminar will look at strategic and detailed aspects of preparing for tender, the tender process and post-tender negotiations. It is presented by experienced speaker, academic, and practitioner Professor Sarah Lupton.

Speaker: Professor Sarah Lupton - Professor Sarah Lupton is a partner in Lupton Stellakis and a course leader at the Welsh School of Architecture. She is qualified as both an architect and a lawer and lectures widely on subjects relating to construction law.

She is also the author of many books including the recent 'Guide to the RIBA Domestic and Concise Building Contracts' and the forthcoming ' Which Contract?'. Sarah is an arbritrator, adjudicator and expert witness and is chair of the CIC's Liability Panel.
