Our client wanted a large extension to enlarge their existing kitchen, also adding a games room at the rear of exiting traditional home on a Green Belt area. We also designed a large extension and remodelled existing first floor bedrooms. This spacious extension was an elegant integration of modern and traditional architecture to complement each other. Simplicity is the great features of the design, opening up the kitchen, family and games room with wonderful views over the garden and its neighbouring green field. A striking element of the design was the introduction of Green Sedum Roof over the extension roof, creating an outstanding balcony and deck to the proposed new bedroom with stunning views over the countryside, blending in with nature gracefully. This project had extensive coverage in the Selfbuuild and Design magazine and aother publications.
