Our new build apartment block sits on a prominent corner plot at the junction of a busy London road. We helped our client with the initial site appraisal prior to purchase of what was an unmodernised bungalow, where we were able to advise on the viability of a development. We were able to obtain planning for 9 apartments over 4 floors including a lower ground floor. Each apartment has external amenity with either a terrace or balcony. The development has been a great success with all 9 units being sold in less than 3 months from coming to the market. Our vision for the site was a contemporary landmark property with extensive use of local London stock brick complemented with bronzed glazed panels and zinc roofing. Use of a triple soldier course and bronzed pop out panels add to the detailing of the facades. The apartment block is stitched together with the use of a central glazed stair core with the use of bronzed fins to emphasise the verticality.
