A full renovation to a detached period property with had cellular rooms to the back. We proposed a new social room to the back including a new kitchen, reconfigured side access and utility and better engagement with the garden. We proposed a new feature open tread stair held up with bars. The upper floor was reconfigured to form a better layout including a new guest suite and 2 children'S bedrooms served by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Other features include a fully glazed oriole window framing views into the mature garden.
