This building provides 22,000 sq. ft.over 3 floors, to house up to 190 staff, and respects the history of the site and adjacent historic buildings, without becoming a pastiche scheme - conveying an element of modernity, reflecting the changing face of Cornwall & Devon Media’s publications, and in particular, The West Briton newspaper. The scheme recognises the landmark nature of the site and the buildings which had previously occupied it.
