A £20m+ redevelopment of House of Fraser's Grade II listed department store in Guildford's historic High Street.The new store opened to the public in November 2000. The development included a seven storey atrium space with escalators. The original roof top water garden designed by G.A.Jellico was completely refurbished and can be viewed from the new roof top restaurant.
