This project is all about contextual blending within a conservation area. Looking at Victorian houses on the South side of site and miners cottages on the other north side we came up with a scheme which met in the middle as our images attached. We also did a bit of infill development to the rear and created a plot off the lane incorporating neighbouring materials.
