Highlighting the building's original features in conjunction with modern additions and carefully thought out exposed services has completely rejuvenated the building in a prime city location. A mix of contemporary, high-end finishes combine with the exposed original wrought iron columns, beams and brickwork to deliver a highly desirable office space that maximises the building's own identity. Spratley & Partners made significant alterations to the layout of the building. A new staircase provides a direct link between the ground and lower-ground floor office accommodation, forming a combined lettable space and significantly altering the offering. Natural light levels are also very much improved.
