The development is a block of eight luxury flats located on a cliff top, offering stunning views of the Dorset Coastline including Sandbanks Beaches, Sandbanks Peninsula, Pool Harbour, Bournemouth Bay, the Purbeck hills & the Isle of Wight. The natural slope of the site allows the lower floors of the building to be hidden when viewed from the highway and likewise on the seafront side the cliff top obscures the lower levels when viewed from the beach.
