Agitate to Elevate is a podcast series from RIBA's Diversity and Inclusion team that explores knotty, worthwhile issues of inclusion, diversity, and equity in architecture with architects and EDI specialists. We explore issues such code-switching in the workplace, disability inclusion in the profession, using the language of inclusion and equity in an architectural context, and much more. Each episode elevates underrepresented voices in architecture and agitates for change across the profession.
