As part of our commitment to continually improve our membership experience, we have developed a new centralised contact centre comprised of RIBA service specialists. This means that calls can be handled more quickly and efficiently. It also means that some existing numbers are being cut or diverted.

For help with membership, access to online services, the library and collections, the bookshop or general project guidance, please call our Contact Centre and Membership Services Team on +44(0)20 7307 5355 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) or email support@riba.org. Alternatively, you can visit the relevant page on our website for details of contact numbers and emails for your specific query.

• The RIBA Drawings and Archives Study Rooms at the Victoria & Albert Museum are open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, by appointment
• The RIBA Library, usual opening hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11am to 5pm, and Tuesdays 12pm to 7pm). Upcoming extended Easter closure: the Library will be closed from 5pm on Friday 31 March, reopening at 12pm on Tuesday 25 April.
• The Ground Floor Gallery at 66 Portland Place, London is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm (Tuesdays open 10am to 8pm)
• The RIBA Bookshop is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm
• The Bauhaus Bar and Café is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 2.30pm
