How do you describe your approach to the design?

We work by a set of mathematical principles, developing our projects into a science of rhythm, pattern and repetition of form and function.

Our style has developed over the years, most prominently in our masterplan in Tbilisi, Georgia, working with Georgian authorities. Our spherical art gallery evolved into a next-generation patented materials technology, creating sustainable construction, working with the Ministry of Defense UK.

Why do clients come to you?

We work closely with our clients and are known for our excellent customer service. Our client relations are sustained for years and much of our work is won through repeat business and recommendation. We provide a strong narrative for each project, to encourage positive rhetoric with influential stakeholders. We work with communities and develop exemplary projects for both client and end user.

What have been the highlights for you in the past year?

Our newly secured project, Kensington Memorial Park Masterplan, for the Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea, is currently underway and will become our first constructed masterplan in Zone 1 Central London. This project will lead to further large scale Central London schemes, encompassing residential, retail and commercial developments.

We continue to build our international portfolio. For example; we recently completed a trade mission to Saudi Arabia, forging new connections that are helping us expand our architectural service.

What is your special focus for MIPIM 2024?

We are at MIPIM to showcase our work and company ethos with property and developer clients. We work with the best clients in the world and so are here to explore new project opportunities in Central London and internationally.

We are here to raise awareness of our design successes so that other projects can benefit from our company approach and expertise.

Is there anything exciting on the horizon?

We have a focus on workplace within City of Westminster and City of London. We are keen to speak to clients who require new strategies or investment to deliver innovative workplace projects, in central London and internationally.

We have a focus on luxury super-prime developments in Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea, delivering solutions for high net worth residents and businesses and are expanding this portfolio internationally.
