Personalise your membership experience
We want you to be able access exclusive member benefits easily and quickly, which is why we have launched ‘My Account’ to provide access to all your benefits, update your privacy settings and set your preferences for what information you’d like to receive.
My Account will be accessible on any digital device and will enable you to:
- choose your communication preferences and the information you want to receive
- renew your membership and update your contact details
- access your individual or practice membership benefits
- choose to appear in the Chartered Member directory, if you are a Chartered Member
- search for and access local and national news, resources and content
The launch of My Account continues our investment in a digital offer for our members. We will be continuing to develop My Account so that we can further personalise your membership experience and provide you with access to other RIBA services and products through your account. This includes members soon having access to a new digital CPD recording system, followed by a digital learning CPD offer.
The new My Account doesn’t currently allow Chartered Practices to update their details. We are working on making this possible in the next update and will continue to make improvements based on your feedback.
