Ninewells is an intergenerational scheme situated on the southern edge of Cambridge. Surrounded by open countryside, the development includes a variety of beautiful landscaped spaces including SuDS lakes and allotments for residents. 74 of the 270 dwellings are apartments for retirement living, built beyond lifetime home standards, and providing high specification, purpose-built homes for older people as part of the new mixed community.

Warburton House, the retirement living block, provides mixed tenure apartments and includes communal facilities such as a café. The building has easy access to transport services and shopping facilities and direct access to the allotments.
