RIBA Cornwall & Cornwall Architectural Trust Summer Lecture 2019 | Amin Taha

We are excited to have Amin Taha to present the RIBA Cornwall and Cornwall Architectural Trust Summer lecture 2019 in partnership with Falmouth University.

RIBA Cornwall, Cornwall Architectural Trust and Falmouth University are proud to present Amin Taha. Our event will also feature an introduction from RIBA President Elect Alan Jones.

This event is kindly sponsored by Fineline and supported by RIBA South West.

Amin Taha was born in Berlin and has been settled in the UK since 1974. After working in the offices of Zaha Hadid, Wilkinson Eyre and others he began an independent studio in 2005, later incorporating Groupwork as an Employee Ownership Trust. As well as running the design and detailing of projects Amin has taught, written and lectured on architecture, sat on the RIBA National and International Awards Jury and aids property related research groups and pension funds.

It has recently been announced that Trenoweth House by Groupwork in Camborne is on the RIBA South West Award shortlist for 2019.

Following the lecture, we are very happy to be offering a chance to view the Falmouth University Architecture Students' end of year exhibition, along with a drinks reception. The exhibition will be in the Architecture Studios and, weather permitting, drinks will be served in the sub-tropical gardens outside the studio.
