Guerrilla Tactics 2023: Agile Practice

Guerrilla Tactics is RIBA’s annual flagship conference for small and medium sized architectural practices. This event provides a wealth of insightful information with a focus on essential business skills for architects, and how they can develop their practices through innovation.

This year’s Guerrilla Tactics theme will explore agility and embracing the power of being 'small.' The conference will discuss how practices can continue to be resilient no matter the climate, while focusing on the benefits of being and staying small.

About the conference

Guerrilla Tactics 2023 will ask what ‘growth’ really means and how practices can leverage their uniqueness and be honest about what’s in their heart. It will explore what it means to specialise versus being reactive and learning the power of knowing what to say yes to.

You will hear the lived experience of a micro practice that has triumphed through both successes and pitfalls, learning invaluable lessons along the way and discover the secrets of leveraging technology to achieve quick wins.

Guerrilla Tactics offers an enriching experience that combines an in-person conference event with up to 14 hours of on-demand CPD available through the RIBA Academy platform. After the conference, we will be hosting a Practice Speed Mentoring event, where you'll have the chance to learn from experienced industry experts and practice directors, as well as network with peers.

The quickest, and cheapest way of securing your space is to purchase a block booking ticket, which grants you access to both our live conference day and our Guerrilla Tactics 2023 CPD for a discounted price. RIBA Members receive more than 40% off tickets.

Book now until Friday 18 August to receive our limited time early bird discount.
