The JEDI talks (Just Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) are hosted by RIBA NE and supported by a team of architects from across the North of the UK. The series has become a popular platform for discussion on themes varying from flexible working, the impact of the pandemic, racism vs inclusion, neurodiverse friendly architecture, and the human cost of architecture.
Little wins
"The great victory, which appears so simple today, was the result of a series of small victories that went unnoticed.” – Paulo Coelho.
In this session, we’ll explore the small actions that lead to big change in your design and workplace culture. Picture the small insights you might have heard while the office kettle is boiling, or in the quiet moment before the others to join your meeting.
We’ll be hearing from inclusive design experts, architects, and designers who will reveal top tips for creating inclusive designs and workplace culture.
When booking in, please state clearly your name and place of work/university. For security reasons, any anonymous identities will not be able to participate.
