Two of London’s most exclusive districts, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, both feature high on the world’s top property hotspots, but behind the dollar signs and price tags are two districts full of architectural contrasts and stylistic shifts, from Georgian squares and crescents, to Dutch gables and Danish Modernism. In this walk, the London Ambler traces the story of architectural fashion and evolving tastes from look-at-me landmarks, to obscure one offs and some of the grandest set pieces of planned urbanism anywhere in the city.
