About Muyiwa
Muyiwa Oki is the current president, having taken office in September 2023. He is the first Black president in RIBA’s history and brings a strong focus on inclusivity, social impact, and climate action. A practicing architect at Mace, Oki is known for championing equity in the profession and engaging younger voices to help shape a more diverse and forward thinking built environment.
