My Practice Model is a new lunchtime talk hosted by the RIBA at regular intervals. In the runup to Guerrilla Tactics 2021, we will be featuring some of the most innovative small practices in the UK and will provide you with the opportunity to learn from and network with like-minded architects.

Nimi Attanayake, Director, Nimtim Architects

Nimi is director and co founder of Nimtim architects, starting the practice in 2014 alongside Tim. Nimi brings energy, positivity and a sense of adventure to everything she does.

A UK qualified architect since 2008, she has worked for some of London’s most highly regarded practices including Penoyre & Prasad and Hawkins\Brown where she was a project architect for Corby Cube. She has worked on other significant developments such as Metropolitan Wharf in Wapping. Nimi is a member of the Design South East Panel.

What is Guerrilla Tactics?

Guerrilla Tactics is the RIBA’s annual creative business conference for small and medium sized architectural practices.

It offers a mix of inspirational conference programming around a changing theme each year, and a wide ranging CPD offer covering all ten core curriculum topics to enable practitioners to fulfil their CPD requirements.

Tickets for Guerrilla Tactics 2021 launch in July. The event will take place the week beginning 8 November.
