Established in 1836 when the Institute of British Architects awarded the first Silver Medal to George Godwin, the RIBA President's Medals are our oldest awards and are regarded as the most prestigious prizes in architectural education globally. The RIBA President's Medals ceremony is our annual celebration of the work produced by talented architecture students from across the globe.

The award ceremony coincides with the opening of an exhibition of entries at 66 Portland Place, that subsequently tours throughout the UK and internationally.
