About the speakers
Rob Hopkins
Is an environmental activist, founder of the Transition Movement, author to many leading books in cultivating imagination and collective power to solve ecological problems.
Rob Wheaton
Is an Associate Director at Stride Treglown taking on the housing pattern book for Wales. This is a pioneering document taken up by over 16 social housing groups, looking at bio-based construction materials to create low cost, low energy homes which are good to people and the planet.
Jules Howard
Jules Howard will be leading an interactive session just after lunch called ‘Building the Mycelial Network: A Living Infrastructure for Resilience’. Expect to be out your seat, sharing story’s of change and designing / framing a better future together.
George Mikuricik
Leads on technical support for EcoCocon and is a former Architype Associate. George will sharing information about off site straw bale and how modular construction can save time, cost and carbon.
