The Eastern Region Small Practice Network is pleased to be holding an in person get together at the lovely Barn At Alswick, outside Buntingford, Herts.
As part of the day, our co-chair Gabi Feingold-West will be leading a “working party” session where members are split into small groups to meet round the table and discuss a range of topics relevant to their practice, sharing documents and resources used to support their work. Topics will include areas such as:
- fee proposals and agreements
- Principal Designer roles
- contract administration

Schedule
9am to 9.30am: Arrival – There will be tea and coffee as well as pastries available.
10 am: Working Party – those who choose to join the working party will meet in the barn with Gabi for a fabulous sharing of ideas and practice resources. Others can network or co-work in one of the lovely break-out spaces. Desks and fast wifi are available in the Stable.
1 pm: Buffet lunch provided in the Barn
2 pm: Mark Turner – Silverback Planning Solutions - Planning Consultant who will share his wisdom on important topics as voted for by our members on Facebook as well as taking any questions you may have
3 pm: Suzi Lober – Lo Marketing - Marketing for Architects
4 pm to 5 pm: End of day discussions and networking
5 pm: To the pub for anyone who can stay for a bit.
