This is your opportunity to learn more about eligibility, categories, and RIBA Architecture Festival Asia (RAFA) taking place in Shenzhen, China, this December, and celebrating this year’s award winners.
Our International Awards are architecture’s highest global accolades, celebrating buildings from around the world that demonstrate visionary thinking, design excellence and social impact.
This live interactive session will also guide you through key entry requirements, RAFA activities, and provide you with practical advice to help you prepare for a successful entry. We strongly welcome you to ask any specific questions you might have relating to your own submission.
Entering International Awards
Entries to our International Awards are now open. The deadline to enter is 5pm (BST) on Thursday 31 July 2025.
This event will take place while entrants can still make use of the 10% discount on the entry fee, just remember to submit your project before 11:59pm BST on 10 July 2025. Find out more about RIBA International Awards and start your entry.
Those shortlisted for the Asia Pacific Awards will be required to purchase one ticket to attend and present their project in person to a live judging panel that will take place at RAFA symposium. RAFA brings together the region's most influential leading architects, developers, and government representatives to explore cutting-edge ideas shaping the built environment. The festival programme includes a two day symposium featuring debates and keynote talks, together with exhibitions, live design reviews, building tours, and an awards dinner.
