RIBA Practice Clinic: HR - managing redundancies and restructures

Calling all practice owners, sole practitioners and architects working in small practices. The RIBA has developed a series of interactive online events to provide a forum to discuss issues and questions that practices are facing as they navigate their way through the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and Brexit. For this session we will be focusing on HR, managing redundancies and practice restructures. You are welcome to submit questions and concerns about staffing issues which we will try to address in this session.

Kevin Poulter - Partner, Freeths

Kevin has a wealth of experience in advising a broad range of commercial and corporate clients, not for profit organisations and senior executive employees on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Michael Smith - Croner

Michael Smith is an employment law specialist at Croner. He joined Croner three years ago as an employment law consultant, then progressing to handle high risk and complex cases.

He now manages divisions within Croner’s advisory department, who support over 20,000 clients with employment law queries.
