We’re excited to welcome local members of the architectural community to the South East London Architects Group – a friendly space for discussion, collaboration, and networking.
Our meetings take place every second Thursday of the month, and we’d love for you to join us. The next gathering will be at Davy's Wine Bar (next to Greenwich Station) on Thursday, 8 May at 7pm. We usually sit inside the venue, to the right side of the bar.
Led by the South East London Architects group chair, Abu Siddiki, the group is open to architects who live or work in the South East London area, however architects from other regions in London are welcome.
Whether you’re a seasoned architect, a student, or simply passionate about the built environment, this is a great opportunity to meet like-minded professionals in an informal setting.
Our meetings provide an opportunity for members to openly discuss insights and updates of interest to the group, and for meaningful peer-to-peer engagement.
The group is currently planning for a Summer Social, set to take place in June, and ideas and contributions regarding this will be welcome. Previously, the group has created a series of events including building tours, sketching events, and a variety of networking opportunities. We are also considering alternating locations, to allow a variety of spaces for us to meet and we are open to recommendations regarding this.
To attend the meeting, please email our team at ribalondon@riba.org to confirm your attendance and the names of all attendees, and feel free to extend the invitation to a colleague.
