Join model maker and papercut artist, Ellie Sampson, for an introduction into the intricacies of architectural sketch modelling.
Learn some of the basic skills needed to make neat and carefully crafted models and folded paper forms. Then using photos or sketches of architectural moments, you will learn to compose 3D paper cut scenes.
Ellie Sampson is a model maker and lecturer. After training to become an architect at the Bartlett School of architecture, she became the full time model maker and workshop manager at Haworth Tompkins Architects in 2019. Currently, she is freelance, teaching and making models for architectural practices, as well as for editorial and commercial projects.
For students and adults aged 18 and over; all abilities.
