The hotel scheme forms part of the £480 million Sheffield City Council's Heart of the City II development programme and has been designed by HLM Architects. The Radisson Blu Sheffield hotel will include 154 bedrooms, a ground floor retail unit, a food and beverage unit that will spill out onto a pocket courtyard to the rear. There will also be a third floor bar and restaurant with terrace overlooking the Peace Gardens and Sheffield Town Hall.
