The webinar will be led by the Cultural Intelligence Centre's own Founder and Chief Visionary Officer David Livermore.

What is Cultural Intelligence (CQ)?

Cultural Intelligence, is the capability to work and relate effectively with people who are different from you. As one of the first, and one of the few CQ practitioners in the UK, Marsha Ramroop, RIBA’s Director of Inclusion, is bringing this intersectional EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion) approach to the organisation and wider sector. This webinar is a chance to hear more about CQ and how it is applicable to us.

Implementing CQ across the organisation

The webinar will feature Marsha Ramroop, Director of Inclusion for RIBA. Marsha will share how she’s building her diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy from the ground up.

This interactive webinar will give you an inside look at how RIBA is implementing CQ foundationally and practically with its more than 55,000 members around the world.

The webinar is free to attend and all webinar registrants will receive via email a link to the recorded webinar within 24 hours of the end of the webinar.
