Your practice: how to survive and succeed

This workshop is an introduction to the approach to business applied by the best business coaches in the world. It has led to success for a vast range of businesses, and covers the key areas that will ensure a solid business model for the future.

In the current economic situation, many architects are struggling to attract work and grow their practice. While architects are among the most highly qualified and dedicated professionals in the built environment sector, they often lack a formal training in business. This can hold back the success of a career or practice, despite clear abilities and skills in the practice of architecture.

This workshop is an introduction to the approach to business applied by the very best business coaches in the world. It has led to success for a vast range of businesses, including architecture practices, and covers the key areas to ensure a solid business model for the future. These include:

  • mindset
  • business basics
  • the business ‘chassis’
  • business approach

Intended for practices new to this way of working, we are offering a second session later in the year, where participants can review the impact of changes made and build on progress going forward.

The ticket price includes entry to both sessions, and dates for these are as follows:

  • Phase 1: Tuesday 4 February, 2pm to 4.30pm
  • Phase 2: Thursday 7 May , 2pm to 4.30pm
