Your support can help ensure that we inform and inspire future generations, and help architecture become an increasingly inclusive profession - with participation from all parts of society.

We understand that providing for family and loved ones are your first priorities when writing a will. However, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to meet our charitable objectives and a legacy of any size will help support the future of architecture.

You can leave a legacy to the RIBA with confidence that your gift will be used where it is needed most to shape the future of architecture. We understand you may wish to direct your gift towards a particular area of our work, for example:

• Exhibitions, education and outreach programmes
• Collections - enabling us to curate, interpret and conserve the collections which form part of the collective memory of the profession worldwide
• RIBA Student Support Fund - helping students through hard times
• RIBA Regions - supporting the vibrant and active communities at a local level

Leaving a legacy to the RIBA, no matter what the size, can make a real difference across all the most important areas of our work; developing and preserving the library and archive, celebrating architectural and design excellence through the public programme and promoting architecture to future generations through education.

At a time of sadness and reflection, a gift in memory of a loved one can mean a great deal. Members' families often contact us to ask about making a donation in memory of their loved one's architectural life. In these circumstances we suggest making a gift to support architecture students.
