In March, the RIBA, along with its partners RICS and CIOB, launched the 'Building in Quality' Initiative, which aims to introduce a simple, straightforward system for documenting and tracking risks to quality through the life of a construction project. The Working Group has since developed a 'Quality Tracker' - a digital tool which sets up a chain of custody, together with a user guide and supporting documents.
