RIBA North West are delighted to be hosting a one-day mentoring workshop in Manchester which is free to all RIBA Chartered Practices to attend. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wishes to develop their skills as a mentor, or would like to find out more about offering an in-house mentoring programme.
Mentoring programmes play an important part in improving expertise and capacity within the profession, helping to build leadership qualities in both mentors and mentees. In offering a mentoring programme you can improve staff retention and employee engagement, leading to better-motivated workforces and higher productivity.
The workshop is interactive; with all materials including best practice toolkits, programme guidance and lunch all provided.
Delegates are asked to complete a short questionnaire as part of the registration process before the closing date on 25 May. All applications will be considered and responded to by 30 May.
