Join us for the fourth installment of RIBA Hampshire's 2023 lecture series: A tale of two bricks, hosted by Tom McGlynn and Holly Galbriath of Níall McLaughlin Architects.

In this lecture, Associates Tom McGlynn and Holly Galbriath of Niall McLaughlin Architects will talk about two very different projects - The Master's Field for Balliol College in Oxford and the International Rugby Experience in Limerick. Both use pre-fabricated façades with bricks chosen in response to each one’s particular historic city context. The projects were run in parallel and share common design themes despite their differences.

Níall McLaughlin Architects is a practice that designs high-quality modern architecture, which put a strong emphasis on the inventive use of building materials, the qualities of light, and the relationship between the building and its surroundings.
